Our speaker Allen Nye will walk attendees through the past four years of the Energy Future Holdings bankruptcy proceedings, and the four proposed transactions to attempt to acquire Oncor.
Allen Nye has served as a member of Oncor's board of directors and Chief Executive since the March 9, 2018 closing of the Sempra acquisition. From January 2011 until March 2018, Mr. Nye served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Oncor and in such role was responsible for overseeing all of Oncor's legal and compliance matters. In January 2013, his responsibilities were expanded to include oversight of all regulatory and governmental affairs activity of Oncor. From June 2008 until joining Oncor, Mr. Nye practiced law as a partner in the Dallas office of Vinson & Elkins LLP, where he focused on representation of regulated energy companies before state and federal government agencies, including the PUCT, the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the FERC. Prior to Vinson & Elkins, Mr. Nye was a partner in the law firm of Hunton & Williams from January 2002 until May 2008.

At 11:55 AM, any available non pre-paid seats will be released for purchase by walk-in registrants. Seats will be allocated to walk-in registrants based on the time of the walk-in registrants arrival. If a non pre-paid original registrant should arrive after 11:55 AM, they will be directed to register as a walk-in registrant and will be reallocated a seat only after all earlier arriving walk-ins have been seated.
