If you would like to participate in the Mentoring Circles program, please CLICK HERE to download the application. After you complete the app, you can either:

Submit it in person at the GCPA Fall Conference (October 15-16, 2019) or
Scan it and return it via email at gcpamentoringcircles@gmail.com.
