This is the twelfth meeting of a series of breakfasts to be held in Mexico City under the auspices of the Gulf Coast Power Association (GCPA). In this breakfast we will discuss the Mexican Wholesale Electricity Market perspectives for 2019.

Rebecca Bollenbach is one of the leads for Essentia's advisory practice for power clients participating in in the Mexico's MEM (Mercado Eléctrico Mayorista). She has worked closely with a range of clients on strategy, systems and process optimization in physical and financial power across ERCOT, PJM, CAISO, MISO, NYISO, SPP, SERC, ISO-NE, Ontario, Alberta, and Mexico. Rebecca has led the design, build and implementation of trading, forecasting, and ETRM systems for multiple wholesale and retail power clients, including the replatform of nodal trading systems for multiple FTR trading desks in North America. In addition to her consulting experience, she has served as Vice President of Market Advisory for Adapt2 ISO and held several leadership roles at Reliant Energy, including Director of Forecasting.

Pre-registration closes at 12 noon Friday, January 25^th. If registration is closed, walk-in registrants are welcome on a space-available basis at the event. There will be a $5/90 MXN surcharge for walk-in registrants.
