Mark Egan is a Managing Director in Merrill Lynch Commodities’ Power & Gas Origination and Structuring team. Mark's career with MLC began in 1998, when he joined the power trading business of Koch Energy Trading. Since 2001, he has focused exclusively on originating and structuring commodity hedges and asset finance solutions for power and natural gas clients. Mark holds a B.A. in economics from American University, and lives in Houston with his wife, three daughters, and a modestly overweight beagle.
