REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be received by 5 PM on Monday 11/1/21 in order to receive a refund. A 10% service fee (minimum fee of $10) will be charged against all refunds. (Because of COVID, cancellations due to illness will be accepted up to November 16th as long as the request is received no later than 12 noon on November 16th.)
