Mark practices law with the firm of Strasburger & Price, LLP, and previously served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at NRG Energy, Inc. He has been on the GCPA board of directors starting in 2010 and was GCPA’s Vice President in 2017.
GCPA is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and sustaining a healthy competitive power market. GCPA represents a broad spectrum of segments within the electric power industry and provides a forum for its membership of over 130 corporate and 300 individual members to discuss wide-ranging issues pertaining to the evolving electric market in Texas, the Gulf Coast region and Mexico.
