Kim Casey

Executive Director

At the beginning of 2019, Kim became the fourth Executive Director of GCPA.  Kim is a 30+ year industry veteran of the U.S. natural gas and power industry with in-depth strategic, financial, regulatory, and commercial management experience. Prior to joining GCPA she served as Treasurer and Director of Finance & Regulatory for ETT, a joint venture between American Electric Power and Berkshire Hathaway Energy Holdings.  At ETT, she was responsible for managing the overall finance, treasury and regulatory functions for the $3 billion electric transmission utility. Casey also worked as a consultant to the power industry in her own consulting practice and as a member of the energy consulting firm, Stratus Energy Group. She was Executive Vice President and a founding partner of Fulcrum, a nationwide energy management services company and a retail electricity provider in ERCOT. Prior to Fulcrum, Casey worked as a Senior Director for Dynegy, where she was responsible for the profit & loss of the Texas power generation portfolio. She also had leadership roles during the restructuring of the natural gas industry with two major natural gas pipeline companies. She was involved in the initial drafting of the ERCOT Protocols and previously served on the ERCOT Technical Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors for the Southwest Power Pool and GCPA. Casey earned a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.

Mary L. Armstrong

Deputy Executive Director

Mary Armstrong joined GCPA in 2007 and serves as Deputy Executive Director for the association. Prior to joining GCPA, Armstrong served as Vice President in the commercial lending area for a number of financial institutions. She also served as the Corporate Director of Credit for Fisher Camuto Corporation, the manufacturer of 9 West footwear. Additionally, Armstrong has headed numerous volunteer committee initiatives and was awarded a PTA Life Membership in recognition of her service in the Katy Independent School District. Armstrong is a graduate of St. Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana with a double major in Business (Accounting and Finance concentration) and English Rhetoric.

Robin Comeaux

Membership & Event Support Coordinator

Robin Comeaux joined GCPA in October 2022 and will focus on supporting GCPA events and our members. Her prior experience includes homeowner’s association management, substitute teaching, accounting in mortgage banking, and hotel management. Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She is certified in Business Education and has volunteered for many years as a merit badge counselor for the Boy Scouts of America.
