"Recent Developments in Electricity: An Industrial Consumer Perspective"

Phillip Oldham, a partner in the Austin office of Andrews Kurth LLP, will discuss the various issues facing the industrial sector from an electric power perspective, including regulatory, legislative, market design, and resource adequacy issues. Mr. Oldham, who is also a registered lobbyist, represents clients in matters involving energy markets, energy regulatory, administrative law and litigation, project development and government affairs.
