"Cross Texas Transmission: Interconnecting Renewable Generators in the Panhandle"

Cross Texas Transmission, LLC (CTT) is a new transmission company in Texas that was selected by the Public Utility Commission of Texas to design, build and own transmission facilities for the interconnection of renewable generators in the Panhandle of Texas, one of the areas designated a Competitive Renewable Energy Zones (CREZ).  The facilities that CTT are constructing include approximately 235 miles of double circuit 345 kV transmission lines and two 345 kV substations, scheduled to be complete in 2013.
