"Onsite Generation: A Power Alternative for Oil & Gas"

As the oil and gas industry moves to more liquids-rich plays requiring heavy horsepower requirements, it becomes critical that sufficient, reliable and low cost power is available in a timely manner. When the grid cannot meet any one of these requirements, onsite power generation can be a solution. This presentation will touch on the challenges faced by the oil and gas industry with respect to powering their growing needs, and explore case studies of where onsite power generation is a viable solution.
